By using ElevBot.com, you agree to abide by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
ElevBot provides AI-powered chatbot creation, training, deployment, and support services (“Services”). We enable you to generate custom chatbots for your website, which are trained on your provided data and integrated via a code snippet.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our Services. You represent that your data and use comply with applicable laws.
4. Account & Access
You do not need an account to use our basic services. However, for advanced features, you may need to provide contact info. You are responsible for safeguarding your code snippets and any credentials; we are not responsible for misuse.
5. Service Usage & Restrictions
You agree not to: Use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws. Harm, harass, or infringe rights of others. Attempt unauthorized access or reverse engineer our systems. Use the Service to distribute malicious or harmful content. Resell or sublicense our platform without explicit permission.
6. Payment & Fees
The standard price for our service is a one-time fee of $37 USD per chatbot deployment, $47 and $70. All payments are processed securely. Refunds are only available in cases where the bot does not function properly or there are technical issues with the website. Otherwise, all sales are final. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
7. Ownership & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your website content and data. We retain ownership of our platform, code, algorithms, and any proprietary technology. You grant us a license to use your data solely for providing our Services. No transfer of ownership occurs through your use of the platform.
8. Data & Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. Chat logs and training data may be used to improve our services. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA.
9. Support & Maintenance
We provide 30 days of email support after deployment. We do not guarantee uptime, bug-free performance, or custom feature development unless specified in an ongoing contract. Regular updates and improvements are included within the service scope.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: We provide our services “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, loss of revenue, data breach, or business interruption resulting from use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the last 12 months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and defend us against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or infringement of any rights.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services for breach of these Terms or illegal activity. Upon termination, your rights to access our platform will cease.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, with updates effective immediately. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of revisions.
14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan. Disputes shall be settled via binding arbitration or in courts located in Jordan. Notwithstanding, you may have rights under applicable consumer laws.
15. Miscellaneous
No waivers or failure to enforce any provision shall constitute a waiver of rights. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining parts remain effective. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ElevBot.
